    Will be held in Forest Lake, MN.  Guest speaker is former Colonel Wilbur Joseph Latham, Jr.  He is the recipient of the Distinguished Flying Cross and Silver Star.  He flew over 100+ missions over North Vietnam as an Air Force Fighter pilot.  The annual Vietnam Veterans Scholarship will honor David J Guerrette.
